Payment Terms

1. Currency

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Pay by card or Apple Pay in your preferred currency, or by InstaPay transfer.

Nothing is charged when you book. Your booking is confirmed without any upfront payment.
You pay on arrival, in whichever way suits you:
by secure card / Apple Pay link — sent to you in your confirmation email and on WhatsApp, or
by InstaPay transfer — then send us the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp.
If you prefer, you may still pay the full amount online in advance.
Your full, fixed price is always shown before you book. It is all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, taxes, agreed waiting time, airport pickup).

Online payments are accepted by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay through a trusted, secure payment provider — charged in your card's preferred currency.
InstaPay transfers are accepted as a manual option — we send the InstaPay details by email and WhatsApp.

Online card and Apple Pay payments are processed by a trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Pharoway does not store your full card details.

A booking confirmation and receipt are sent by email/WhatsApp. Need a detailed invoice (for example for business travel)? Email bookings@pharoway.com.

The fixed price covers your agreed trip. Additional charges only apply if you request extras during the trip (additional stops, extra hours on an hourly booking, waiting beyond the free allowance). Any extra is agreed with you and settled by card or InstaPay.

The price is guaranteed for your confirmed booking. Prices for new bookings may change with demand, season, and exchange rates.
