Payment Terms

1. Currency

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). You can pay in any major currency — online or in cash to your driver.

Nothing is charged when you book. Your booking is confirmed without any upfront payment.
You pay on arrival, in whichever way suits you:
by secure payment link — sent to you in your confirmation email, or
in cash to your driver, in any major currency.
If you prefer, you may still pay the full amount online in advance.
Your full, fixed price is always shown before you book. It is all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, taxes, agreed waiting time, meet-and-greet).

Online payments are accepted by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through a trusted, secure payment provider.
Cash to the driver is accepted in any major currency.

Online card payments are processed by a trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Pharoway does not store your full card details.

A booking confirmation and receipt are sent by email/WhatsApp. Need a detailed invoice (for example for business travel)? Email bookings@pharoway.com.

The fixed price covers your agreed trip. Additional charges only apply if you request extras during the trip (additional stops, extra hours on an hourly booking, waiting beyond the free allowance). Any extra is agreed with you and paid to the driver.

The price is guaranteed for your confirmed booking. Prices for new bookings may change with demand, season, and exchange rates.
