Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair.

1. Free cancellation

• You may cancel at any time, free of charge. There is no cancellation fee.
• Nothing is charged when you book, so cancelling costs you nothing.
• If you chose to pay in full online in advance, you receive a full refund — whenever you cancel.

2. No-show

• If you do not travel and do not tell us (no-show), no amount is charged.
• A no-show means the passenger is not at the agreed pickup point and cannot be reached within the free waiting time (60 minutes at the airport, 15 minutes elsewhere).
• We would simply ask that you let us know as early as you can, so the car and driver can be released for someone else.

3. How to cancel

• Cancel by replying to your confirmation, emailing support@pharoway.com, or messaging WhatsApp +20 1104651181. Please include your booking reference. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your message.

4. Changes and amendments

• Need to change the time, date, or location? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you at no charge, subject to availability. A major change (for example a different route or city) may be treated as a new booking.

5. Refunds — how and when

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Refunds are made in the currency of your original payment.

6. Cancellation or changes by Pharoway

• In the rare event we must cancel (for example, a safety issue or force majeure), any amount you have paid is refunded in full, or we will offer a suitable alternative. We are not liable for any further costs.

7. Delays beyond our control

• We track flights and adjust for delays at no cost. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure).
